In the event of heavy rain or strong wind the class may be cancelled. Bookings will be transferred to another class.

We offer weekly classes at our studio in the heart of the Rocklands valley.
From complete beginners to those with an established practice, our group classes will offer you a chance to connect with your body, move intentionally and find stillness.
Our teachers are attentive and experienced, offering you guidance and support through your practice.
All bodies welcome.

Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or a seasoned yogi seeking to deepen your practice, our private sessions cater to your individual needs and and schedules.
Each session is tailored specifically to you, ensuring focused attention and guidance. Delve into your practice in our tranquil spaces at Eight Day Rain, or have us come to you, and practice in the comfort of your own accommodation.
Enjoy these classes alone, or with your friends.
Pricing (Up to 4 people):
60 minutes - R600
90 minutes - R800
+ R200 per additional person
